" Why all this happens only to me?"
" Oh God! Why always me?? I am a loser howsoever hard I try!!!
" Nobody understands me!!! "
Familiar with all these self pity and offset things we often find ringing in our brains!!!!
Everybody in their life thinks of these things a couple of times. There are people who do get a way ahead leaving behind the gloom-ridden and apathetic thoughts. This positive aspect of their personality is a result of persistent efforts to fulfill their dreams and desires, beyond the feelings of dissension. As it is rightly said......
" IT IS ALL IN THE MIND "
It is we who choose what we have to be, either the master ruling the cunning mind or a slave of the innocent heart controlled by the mind.
The jovial situation never makes us think about;
" Why all this happens only to me?"
" Oh God!! Why always me? How come I am always the winner? or " Why I am so lucky that I get everything I ask for?"
If you started asking all these things, even when you are in complete control of the situation, people definitely might recommend a brain scan for you to check your level of insanity!!!
The thing is, when we do not give a thought on why good things happen to us, then why on the earth we make a hue and cry of the things that happened negatively?
The state of being happy or sad is partly depending on the situation and most of the times, how one deals with the situation. Leaving it or living it is entirely one's own decision. There is no existing soul on the planet without any difficulties....it is the thing perceived by our minds and reacted to by our heart. It is the choice we make or rather the way we think... makes or breaks us.
Any system in the universe always tries to attain a stable state. This is applicable for our brains too. The constant chaos within the neurons tries to attain stability by bringing a state of comfort. This is always enjoyed by everybody, lest the comfort state or zone is existent for too long...it again becomes a state of chaos. In other words, we all strive hard, day and night to have a comfortable life. The definition of comfort is different for different stages of life. Infants feel comfortable when their mother is around. High school kids experience comfort when they have the toys and all the playful things they desire without any opposition. Teenagers feel comfortable when they are working on their dreams to design it into reality. Adults feel comfortable when they have a family to care with all the luxury to share. The elderly feel comfortable when that they have the company of their loved ones. There is never a problem in desiring or getting these comforts until and unless we strive hard to achieve them.
The problem comes when we enter a redundant zone of comfort. Such a zone where nothing else matters to us but our comfort. The brain is repeatedly programmed for constant comfort which makes us difficult to work hard and achieve the desired . A comfortable cunning brain makes us achieve things by being a parasite and extracting the goodness we need from other people and the heart accepts it innocently. This comfort is ultimately imbibed in our behavioural characteristics which finally becomes a part of our nature.
This is the worst condition for a human being, to be incessantly controlled by the brain. This develops in setting up boundaries which eventually shuts down the path of progress. The comfort zone that is created makes us want everything in life without making an effort to achieve it. It is the state of mind where everything seems good to be heard and easily achievable by others but not for oneself.
Our mind is an excellent Slave but a worst Master. We always have a choice of attributing the desired rights to the mind so that it does not have a control on us. It is a programmable device where RAM is the conscious mind, thoughts we perceive is the software and our subconscious mind is the hardware or soul of our body
All these configured in a wrong way can lead to disaster.
The only way to achieve a stable state of mind is to keep feeding the mind with positive thoughts with a fearless heart to achieve the desired. It is we who train the mind to set boundaries lest we know that the capability of our brain to achieve things is endless until and unless we seek to explore its infinity.
